To place an order on our website, click the “Add To Cart” button on the product page. Then click the "Checkout" button or click the "Cart" button in the top-right corner and follow the directions to complete the purchase.

Immediately after you place an order you will receive a confirmation email explaining your purchase and details. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

We automatically reach out to our suppliers for them to process your order and confirm that your order is in stock and ready to ship. If your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will contact you directly to confirm if you would like to keep your back-order open or cancel the order altogether.

Note: For large orders, the shipping companies will call you prior to delivery to coordinate a convenient delivery time for you.

When your products are shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number letting you know your item(s) have shipped.

Because we do sell many different products and brands it is hard to give an exact time period on our products as a whole. Each individual product will have a time period in which it will ship. Some products could ship within 1-3 days of your order, some could take 5-10 days depending on the individual product, and some could take 30+ days if it requires Professional Installation. For availability and ETA's please contact us.

Standard Ground via FedEx/UPS – for regular items

Truck Freight – for bigger items, dropped at a customer’s doorstep

White Glove Delivery – for items requiring special services.

Professional Delivery and Installation - for Brunswick Shuffleboards and Pool Tables

White Glove Delivery is a 2-man team hired to set up your product for you for 30 minutes. Selected models include Free White Glove Delivery. Otherwise, contact us if you need this kind of service.

Payment is taken immediately after the order is processed online. For the security of your card, we do this so we do not keep any open credit information and everything is processed instantaneously.

We ship to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada or the Virgin Islands at this time. As of the moment, we do not deliver to PO or APO/FPO boxes, except for rural PO addresses.

For overseas shipping, use freight forwarder's address as the delivery address.

Absolutely! Everything is manufacturer direct hence original manufacturer's warranty is provided. Please contact us for assistance on your product’s warranty.

Game Room Spot does not charge sales tax within the USA with the exception of Wyoming.
