🚚 How Soon Will My Order Ship?

We offer same-day or next-day order processing depending on when your order is placed. Some products may have longer lead times depending on the supplier.

Standard orders usually ship within 2–3 business days. Custom and made-to-order items may take 2–4 weeks to ship. All shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

• In-stock orders: Ship in 2–3 business days (may vary by brand)
• Shipping confirmation with tracking is emailed within 24 hours of shipment
• Heavy items ship via freight (delivery: 5–10 business days)
• Freight carriers typically deliver Mon–Fri during a 4-hour window
• Freight carriers do not deliver on weekends
• Remote locations may have limited service schedules
• Check your spam/junk folder for tracking emails if not received

Note: Shipping may be delayed during holidays or due to supply chain issues. If delays occur, we’ll inform you before proceeding.

Freight Delays & Conditions

Delays may occur due to weather, carrier errors, or warehouse issues. While we understand delays are frustrating, they do not qualify for order cancellation. We’ll work with the freight company to resolve issues promptly.

🌍 Where We Deliver

• We ship to the contiguous United States only
• We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, or the Virgin Islands
• No delivery to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses (except rural PO boxes)
• For international orders, use a U.S.-based freight forwarder address at checkout

🚛 Order Shipment Methods

We carefully select the best shipping method for each product. Available methods include:

• Standard Ground (FedEx / UPS)
• Truck Freight (Curbside or Threshold)
• White Glove Delivery
• Professional Delivery & Installation

Standard Ground

Used for small/light parcels. No signature required unless shipped to a business. Packages are left in a secure area or a note is provided for retrieval.

Truck Freight

Used for larger items. Transit time is 3–5 business days. Items are crated to prevent damage.

• Curbside Delivery: Delivered to curb only. No assembly or setup.
• Threshold Delivery: Brought to your doorway or lobby. No setup or removal.
• Assembly: Not included
• Packaging: Left in original packaging — inspect on delivery

White Glove Delivery

Includes inside delivery and basic setup by a 2-person team. Transit time is 7–10 business days.

• Assembly: Basic assembly (up to 30 minutes)
• Does not include electrical/plumbing hookups
• Packaging will be removed and disposed
• Appointment scheduling required; missed appointments may incur fees

Professional Delivery & Installation

Available for Brunswick Billiards, American Heritage, and Plank & Hide pool tables and shuffleboards.

• Delivered and installed by certified technicians
• Includes full setup, leveling, and cloth installation
• Your game table is ready to play once installed
